How I Can Support You

Psychotherapy is a space where a person can express themselves freely and safely. Through the therapeutic process, a relationship of trust is developed, allowing the exploration of thoughts, emotions, and experiences.

In the sessions, the goal is to understand together what concerns you, identify the patterns that affect your life, and find ways to manage difficulties.

Therapy is not only about difficult moments.
It is also an opportunity for personal growth, self-awareness, and empowerment.

Through a collaborative process, you can develop new ways of thinking, strengthen your self-confidence, and create a more balanced relationship with yourself and others.

Therapy and Ethics

Therapy is based on collaboration, trust, and respect between therapist and client.

Rules and boundaries ensure a stable and protected environment.
Confidentiality, professional ethics, and transparency are central elements.

Both parties have rights and responsibilities so that the process remains meaningful.
